1. CIVIL INTERIOR
   • Fire rated construction including Partitions / Fire Doors / Raised flooring etc
2. ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTIONS
   • Dual path of electrical circuit are design to avoid any single point of failure using Diesel Generator , Main panel, UPS distributions , Surge protections etc
3. FIRE DETECTION, SUPPRESSION, SAFETY AND SECURITY
   • Dual protection are provided using Vesda . Fire Alarm, Novec-1230, CCTV, Biometrics access , WLD, Rodent Replant etc
4. PRECISION AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM
   • Basis on density of IT Racks type of PAC are decided. DX type – top/bottom discharge m/c and IN-ROW type m/c are used. for small DC – wall mounted PAC are used .
5. UPS SYSTEM
   • Stand alone / Modular type of UPS system with unity factor are used with min 30 min Battery Backup. Isolation transformer need to e used before / after UPS system
6. DATA CENTRE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM – BMS / DCIM
   • Remote and Single point of monitoring of datacenter equipment’s is done using this tools.
7. ENVIRONMENT MONITORING & ALERT
   • Temperature , humidity , SMS /Mail alert along with DC equipment integration and monitoring is done using RDU and Netbolts devices .
